Jazz is from New Jersey, but floats around, currently landed in Florida, with a love for all forms of art. Their passions both visual and performative arts, including sketching, digital art, sculpture, sewing, crochet, painting, singing, acting, dance, theater, and poetry. However, if they had to choose, Jazz would say that drawing and singing are their true loves. Singing has been a part of their life since childhood, when they would try to follow along with The Sound of Music and Singin’ in the Rain. Drawing, on the other hand, became a creative outlet later on, serving as a coping mechanism for social anxiety and a way to focus their mind. Art and creation have not only alleviated their anxieties but also opened doors to new friendships, projects, and perspectives. Currently, Jazz is excited to be the Assistant Director for Into the Woods, a musical that has held a special place in their heart for years. Their ultimate goal is to create art that is honest.
